As community builders ourselves, we understand the importance of gathering together in person. We bring the whole team together at least once per year in fun destinations like Maui or Mexico. We also have smaller regional/departmental retreats.

Everybody needs time to recharge. We build ample time into the structure for you - with two paid company-wide shutdown weeks per year and [10+] annual holidays. Our flexible PTO policy also allows you to take additional time off on your own schedule.
